should you require urgent contracts (in less than 72 hours), we are happy to provide you with a quote specific to your needs.

our flat fee includes the standard disbursements necessary when buying / selling your property. occassionally extra certificate(s) may be required. when this happens, you will be notified of the added cost prior to us purchasing the extra certificates.
