Simple approach to pricing.

The listed prices for the conveyancing services display the costs for the standard services we offer.

Should you require urgent contracts (in less than 72 hours), we are happy to provide you with a quote specific to your needs.

Our flat fee includes the standard disbursements necessary when buying / selling your property. Occassionally extra certificate(s) may be required. When this happens, you will be notified of the added cost prior to us purchasing the extra certificates for you.
